 Dunhinda fall

Dunhinda is the most beautiful and enchanting waterfall in Sri Lanka. 💦❤️ It is in Badulla district, it is 63 meters in height. Dunhinda means the strong smoke light spspray as the waterfalls down the rock. It is situated along Mahiyangana- Badulla road 5 kilo meters interior. 💦🍃😍

It has been named as the fourteenth highest waterfall in the Sri Lanka. This is a ver popular place visited by both local ad foreign tourists.😎💦 This has become an asset for Sri Lanka tourism trade. 👏💦❤️

I went to see Dunhinda falls with my parents and school friends. 😍❤️ The last time we went there was last year. It's really beautiful.😎💦🌿❤️

A visit to a Botanical Garden

 A visit to Hakgala Botanical Garden 

Week before the school holydays, we arranged a trip to Hakgala Botanical garden in Nuwara Eliya. 🥶🥳 All the boys in our class participated in this trip, there were 38 in number. The bus was given to us with the courtesy of Jet Wing Travels and Tours. 😍❤️

The owner of this business organization is a parents of one of our class mates. They have a chain of star class hotels in various parts of the country. We left college premises at 7.30 a.m. in the morning. 🥳🍃💦

The boys were looking happy and gay, some had even come with musical instruments for the occasion. 🥳❤️ From the word go we sang and dance in the bus. 😎💃👏 

We reached Hakgala at about 1.30 p.m. in the afternoon. Immediately we started visiting the garden which was bloblooming with beautiful flowers all over the place. 😍🌿🌻🌷 A part from the flowers, a rare species of trees and plants which are not common in other places were seen by us.🌻🌿😍❤️

Uses of trees

Since the creation of thw world the nature has been so kind gifting trees to man ( at ll time from birth to death ).🌿🍃 The human beings make use most of his needs from the forests. Much of the goods and rare herbals for medicines are obtained from the trees. We need rain to get water. Rain will be scarce if there are no trees. To provide coolness to the atmosphere the trees are most essential. 🍃🌿💚💦

The fallen branches provide man with fuel to do the cooking. Timber is been provides for making furniture, building houses ships and boats etc. 

Today the trees are destroyed by human beings illegally to earn money. 😖 Trees have been saviour of the mankind. We must not destroy what should be protected. Man can not live without trees.☹️🍃 But trees can live without man.😎💦🍃

My class teacher

 

 

My class teacher was Ms. Munasinghe. She is a pleasant looking woman with a kind heart.😍❤️ She takes very much care about children. The entire children population in school respects our beloved class teacher and adores her. 

She taught Sinhala for all grades in our school. 👏❤️ She is a scholar in Sinhala. She has rendered her service for over ten years in our school. 😎😍👏 She was a mother to all the children. When comparing Sinhala taught in other schools in the island, our school is most outstanding. ❤️😍 

She never gives ttuition to any students for money.🙏❤️ She conducts free classes after school. She is an example to the teaching profession. 😎👏❤️

'Wasanthaye Bihidora'

How much outdoor activities we do during school hours?😍🥳 Those are the things that really make school life beautiful. Engaging in such activities without getting stuck in three subjects in the classroom is a really valuable task. I also did a lot of such outdoor activities at school.😎👏

The art day we held in 2018 can be identified as one of the most experienced work. It was done by the art section of our school and💃💪 we named it 'Wasanthaye Bihidora'.❤️ Our art day featured beautiful dances, music programs and dramas etc. As members of the school dancing team, we practiced our dance forms day and night.👏💃 

Because of those things, we sometimes missed our class subjects.😪 But we did our training very willingly.😎❤️ With those training, we did our best on stage. All our parents came to that day. 💪💃

The time passed very fast that day. The dance performances as well as the performance of our friends' plays were excellent.😍❤️ Each of our creations received a high audience response. Who would not like to receive such praise for hard work?😜😎 In fact. it was one of the most beautiful day in all our lives. 🥳😍❤️👏

In the past people used carts bullok carts and animals to travel and transport goods. Today the development of science and technology has madr the mode of travel easy and convenient. Rail, road, air and water are the means of travel available today. Rail transport is where a train runs along steel rails. Road transport are vehicles that travel on roads like buses, cars lorries bicycles and trucks, Air transport are helicopters, planes and air crafts. Water transport are ships boats and barges.

When people travel to other countries they get experience other cultures, people come closer to each other. They promote tourism, trade and cultured exchanges. Also people taste the different foods and the different ways of cooking and even their dresses. 

 

People get enjoyment by traveling and seeing beautiful places and ruins. They travel and bring people to closer contact with neighboring countries and people and their mannerisms. 

Travel brings people together. Buisness and commerce, cultural exchanges, exchange of scholars are visits by political personalities cane be affected by traveling. Then we can say that travel broadens the mind.

A country I like to visit

 

    India....

It is non other than my neighboring country India. It is situated in the south of Asia. It 's a very big country with the second biggest population in the world. Now India is a up and coming rich country. It is also rich in culture and traditions. Himalaya Mountain is in the North of India, is the highest mountain.

The river Gangas is the longest river and it is holy to the Hindu population. According to the ancient history Lord Buddha was born in India. The Buddhists in Sri Lanka make special pilgrimages to visit religious place in India. So when I graduate and work, I will definitely go to India. That is my biggest dream.

It is really sad when we remember that past with friends?😪😥 We worked hard and had a lot of fun. 👏😎Among them, the school education tour in 2018 can be described as an occasion where a lot of unforgettable memories were gathered. It was my last trip from school my parents gave me permission. 😁😋

 The boys and girls set off on separate buses. We left for Galle on a tour. In the morning we went to the Kaluthara temple.🚍😍We went and worshiped the Load Buddha and had breakfast there. It is still sad to remember how the two of us held hands and walked across the Kaluthara bridge. 👭❤️

Then we went to the Martin Wikramasinghe Museum. We didn't forget to take our photos while watching them.😎👏We all sang and danced on the bus. So that trip was a very enjoyable.😍😥❤️

We had lunch and went to Galle fort and went to the beach in the evening. At that time the teachers gave us a little treat. 

We had fun on the beach and sang songs.💃🏄 We also didn't forget to talk to foreign tourists. As the day went on and got dark we left to come home. We were able to get back to school around 12.00 p.m. We came home feeling tired and sad.☹️😪 Because that day is an unforgettable day in the lives of all of us.🥳😍🤟❤️
